Exchange & Refund Policy

• You have the right to return or exchange items purchased within 14 calendar days of purchase under the following conditions:
• Returned items must be in their original packaging, new, unused and with Timeless Boutique tag still attached.
• Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
• Altered items from online and in-store purchase cannot be returned or exchanged.

• No Refund/Exchange for International shipment. ( outside Kuwait )
• You have the right to receive your refund within 10 calendar days of your original request.

• Delivery charges for All orders are non-refundable.
