Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. Delivery times and fees depend on your location, and you’ll see all options at checkout.

How long does delivery take in Kuwait?

It depends on the season — normally around 5 days. You can always check the exact estimated delivery time at the checkout page before confirming your order.

What’s your return policy?

You can return items within 14 days of purchase if they are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. at our store in Assima mall.

  • You have the right to return or exchange items purchased within 14 calendar days of purchase under the following conditions:
    • Returned items must be in their original packaging, new, unused and with Timeless Boutique tag still attached.
    • Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
    • Altered items from online and in-store purchase cannot be returend or exchanged.
  • You have the right to receive your refund within 10 calendar days of your original request.
  • Delivery charges for All orders are non-refundable.

We produce our collections in limited runs and do not offer custom designs.
